I mean considering that most of the world is influenced by Lucia... I doubt that. Honestly it'd be weird if a outsider wasn't associated with Lucia. Anyways the weather is nice and cold, snowy and fun.
If you have the time, then you can give your mushi friend a letter telling the overlord you want to meet her. If you don't however, then you could cause a commotion and hope she notices you...
So why not take off your clothes?
You could bind your hands with rope and let our mushie friend lead you to the door, as a sign of good faith and all, and maybe they will hear you out.
