Tower defense
Welcome back to Ophi’s Quest dear readers. Things are still a little hectic in the tower, likely a result of the army sieging it. Or maybe the chef really fucked up the last round of hor d’oeuvres. Our cutest minions have returned to safety, leaving only those I like least to get hurt.
Some enemies have dared attack your tower, it’s time to win this fight or lose the war!

High above the ground, a small flying eyeball cast its gaze across the battlefield. This sight is steamed into the Tower’s command room, causing a crisp image to pop on the surface of the table.
We can see that! Give me a count!
Alright, let me select them all. I have units split between three normal types and two different heroes. I can’t find the heroes, but they are showing up right in the UI, so they must exist somewhere.
Oh, it’s a siege division! They have like three hundred people
Man she must be pissed, this is one of those expensive groups that cost a lot.
It only makes sense to send the best right at the start.
How did they find us so quickly?
A large black tower in the middle of a snowfield. I wonder how they could have possibly found it…

What do they have in the field?
A normal siege division has at least a couple hundred vanguards, those are the ones with the stupid headbands.
Heavy shields will make it hard for our weaker minions to get damage in.
Like fighting the Dwarves eh? A melee will heavily benefit the enemy…
If only we had those assassins, would have made this much easier.
The dwarves also fought us underground Laha, we got more space here, what else are they bringing to the table?
I can see a whole highschool of huntresses.
They are annoying, they always hide behind the vanguard and just kill all the good enemies.
They are our enemies this time, so they would be killing allies Mord…
The forest will offer some concealment from them, have a unit entrench there.
Don’t forget about the explosion squads. They are even worse…
I don’t see any mages?
Bombs are non-magical explosives made using alchemy. Normally they are cast iron shells holding black powder.
Wait, they are kinda small, can we zoom it a little bit?

So like, they have explosives and just want us dead. I think if we open the doors, all that’ll happen is that we’ll have a bunch of bomb mice scurrying about and destroying the tower. Since I kinda live here and don’t feel confident with the housing market I’m going to veto this one.

Just like the old days….
With a gentle squeeze on her tits, Biggus lifts the buxom mouse up and leaves her to rest on the crown of his dick. Ophi forces her focus on the motion, each bounce and moan dragging forth a tide of lust from the core. Heat built up, and it was all she could do to let it escape with a gasping moan.
From deep within the tower, a torrential wave of lust crashed into and through the ancient crown. Wisps of energy manifested in the air before the tower, forcing images and emotions onto the army below.
Across the battlefield, the maidens felt the air heat as the entrancing image of a beautiful slut getting pounded by a truly monstrous dick.
Minions move out!
Put your back into it, get those defenses up.
The sounds of light and heavy steps follow the minions as they pull hastily prepared defenses out from the tower and set them against the mouse army.
Mush mush!
The meager defenses, while basic, are quick to erect and hard to damage. In the spare minutes of time purchased, the entry to the tower gains a few points of defense.
This minions of yours are ‘mush’ use in construction

Finally, a commander shakes herself from her stupor. The howls of war echo across the battlefield, stirring the mice from their daydreams.
With the sound , the vanguard sprang into a charge. With shields up, they raced up the path and directly into a melee.
We needed more time! Get someone to the frontline!
For the Cookies!
I’ll keep an eye on her, keep any magic shut down.
Oh like the Fort! Relay the order!
Ordering leafling artillery!
Have the bigshroom’s handle the lobbing, they are the only minions with the strength for it!
With a keening howl, the cutest minions we have soar through the air towards the enemy lines. While some get thrown too far to being able to spread narcotic distractions, a generous amount get to sow chaos among the enemies frontlines.
Shrooms, enter the melee!
Boners rise!
The weight of our Bigshrooms collide against the raised shield of the enemy’s vanguard. The melee is soon joined by skeletal minions clawing for soft mouse flesh, with bolts flying in the air seeking mushroom mush. Under the cover of Bigshrooms, our leaflings and mushminions sneak in to attack the enemies.
Cross the field, small explosions ring out. Minions incapacitated to buy precious inches of progress. Without Sapphire’s magic to shield the brunt of the damages, the battle may have already ended. Quickly the quality of Mordred’s own charge caused the mice to buckle under the pressure of her relentless assault.
We are holding the line!
Don’t get too eager, we are holding, but it is costing us more manpower than it costs the mice.
If we don’t have Wendy’s druidic magic to enhance the plant minions, we’ll easily lose momentum and have the battle turn.
When are they getting to the battle?
Any minute now, we just need to hold on!

I used a sword when I was alive, how hard can it be to recreate that?

Across the battlefield, a small field unit of mushminions break onto the edge of the forest.
Wait! They have hero units but I can’t see them anywhere.
I’ll check with Ophi she must know!

Wait, we don’t see the enemy sniper or ninja, where are they?

People keep making votes for illusion spells but …. We do not HAVE any illusionists at all do we? So where did that come from?
Perhaps they think that Blue Magic counts as illusion magic or that the crown can do anything?

My thoughts exactly. As much as I am a fan of using smart tactics and tricks I do not believe there has been any indication that the party has access to either illusions (let alone ones big enough to fake entire units of soldiers) or brilliant strategists. We do not yet know Hanna’s capabilities, but I would not hold my breath expecting them to be either of these.
Sneak in the castle while the enemy is distracted. If there IS a sniper or ninja, just blend in with the snow or crowd or environment or something
